Great shoe

I am very impressed with this shoe. It’s soft and comfortable but very grippy which is what I wanted. They have a little bit of a break in period. We’ll see how long they last

Ascent Gore-tex shoe

The shoe looks very well built, but very very difficult to put on. Advertisements and specs need to include the width size, which it does not. And the tightness of the inner structural wrap makes it very very difficult to put on if you have even the slightest high instep. Modifications need to be made for high insteps, and width indicated, or provide various widths. Had to return!

The pack is extremely well made, perfect size for daily use or rigging for any situation!

I am still breaking them in. The webbing on the insides are digging into the balls of my feet. Giving them a chance but honestly thinking about returning them.

They just simply don't fit my feet well.

Great jacket

It's comfortable and exactly what I was looking for. A good, lightweight, everyday jacket. Seems to run just slightly bigger than other items.

I have been having my Hudson bibs since 2017. I have had 0 problems until the leg zipper broke. i have worn these almost 60 days each hunting season across multiples states and country. most of the time in South LA where it doesn't get that cold. The new ones don't seem to be built like the old ones. Also way to much insulation for the Southern states. What was the reasoning for putting insulation from the top of the knee to bottom of back. The knee area seem to be of a less material than the old style with the knee pads. I have pretty much everything in all patterns that sitka makes and trying to figure out why the 2026 Hudson bibs changed so much,

Love these pants. Comfortable to wear and tough through brush and other pokey areas. Worked great for above timberline walking through thick brush.

Good shoe poor arch support for long hikes

Good looking, rugged and great grip on slippery terrain. However, the shoe pad insert is wafer thin. I replaced it with Sheep feet insert for better support on long, rugged hikes.

These are my new favorite

These are my new favorite pants. Very lightweight and breathable while rucking. I wore them three days straight and they never got wet with sweat or stinky. Can’t wait to use them for early season archery elk hunting.

Great Shoe for the Heat

Bought these for a West Texas white wing dove trip. Way better suited than a boot in 100 degree heat. Wore them with shorts and a tshirt. Runs small, order one size larger. They perform like a heavy duty sneaker.

Top UL jacket

Super lightweight and totally waterproof. Essential features like pockets and cuffs are well designed. Runs a bit small, especially under the arm pits, should have gone a size larger to accommodate layers.

Great boot to put the miles in

Great on the trail and the aluminum cleats keep you gripping the river bottom well and are not as loud as other cleats systems.

Best piece of gear I own

The woven in bug repellent absolutely works. Here in northern Minnesota this is key. Easily the best piece of gear I’ve owned in recent memory.

Very solid boot

Good felt soled wading boots are getting hard to find. These are high quality and seem to have found the balance between being sturdy and being clunky.

Ranger

They are more substantial than Crocs and size runs small and wide. I am a female size 9. 5 and ordered a size 9. Fits OK. I gave it a 4 mainly because my right toe rubs on the raised lip inside the shoe. It could be not the shoes fault though. . Overall I would recommend them.

Shoe is pretty tight when

Shoe is pretty tight when putting on. A real struggle to get the foot in. After breaking in slightly better but still difficult. Was able to walk significant distance right from beginning without experiencing foot issues. Overpriced considering fit and the fact they are made in Vietnam.

Bad fit

I love the looks and weight of these shoes but they were a very narrow size 10. I would think that there is some consideration for the type of socks we wear when hiking or hunting.

Durango hoodie review

The hoodie looks great but I was a little disappointed with the material- it’s much lighter than I expected. I also found the lower sleeves to be pretty tight since they taper down, which made it less comfortable. Overall it’s an okay hoodie, but for the price I expected a more substantial material and a better fit through the arms. I would recommend the classic pullover for 1/3 the price and it’s a thicker material. I typically wear a size medium for a more fitted look.
