Love the jacket great mid layer and outer layer

Great fit.

Not too thick , not too thin. Very warm when partnered with a base layer, and very easy to roll up to throw in a pack. One of my favorite jackets during these cold-warm spring days in the south. I only wish I’d bought the hooded version.

Very good fit. Bought this because I wanted something without a built in hood that was warm. This has a sherpa lining and water repelling shell. Super warm in Colorado winter. Easy to use as a layer.

Very nice piece and it’s a great layer for cooler days or brisk mornings. My only complaint, is that I wish it was a bit more form fitting around the abdomen and waist. Mine flares a bit and a bit baggy around my midsection. Other than that, it’s everything you’d expect from Sitka.

Perfect jacket!

Got this jacket for early duck season in coastal NC. Layered with Hudson on colder wetter days. Perfect combo. Used a friend's in Arkansas when temps plummeted to single digits and low teens for a week in Jan 24. Came home and bought my own. Great piece of gear!

Very warm and durable

I love the material used on the traverse and have a couple of different traverse hoodies. I found myself wanting to wear them out and to work but I didn’t like wearing the hood with the face mask on it. This jacket was the perfect solution!

XXL Traverse

I recently purchased the Traverse coat a month and a half ago. I did not get to use it hunting, but I have wore it plenty working on my farm in the 30s and 40s with some breezy days and just a long sleeve T-shirt on under it and have been plenty warm. I am definitely going to buy another in a solid color to wear working to save this one for hunting. Looking forward to turkey season so I can get this in the woods.

3 season jacket

This jacket fits me like a glove and has been proven in temps between 20f-60f it performs great, the wind does cut through pretty easily can give you a chill but that’s not what it was designed for I pair mine with jet stream vest if it’s over the top windy and it’s very comfortable

another one, a good one

I needed a windproof warmer coat for my next African adventure. Cool mornings and nights, shed it during the day, a perfect jacket for it.

Yes this is an extremely warm jacket for how stream line the design is. However after one day hunting in east Texas I’ve already had several threads pull out and seems on the sleeves start to unravel.

This jacket is my go to jacket. I usually wear a women’s large and I find these runs small so I ordered a men’s large and it fits perfect

second one loved the hooded version, but needed an unhooded version and it didn't disappoint. Granted this is best used not being to active. So perfect for duck hunting and keeping warm.

I wear the Traverse jacket as a stand alone as well as a layering piece depending on the weather.

Great multi-use piece

Great piece that can pull double duty as a stand alone outer piece or for layering (I have used it under my Jetstream and my Stratus). High pile is plenty warm and the outer fabric is kind of some where between the smoothness of the Jetstream and the fleeciness of the stratus. Athletic cut... 5'10 150 and a M fits perfectly.

Lightweight but WARM

This is the warmest jacket and very lightweight, but durable. It cuts the wind down like you wouldn't believe! Best purchase I've made for winter fishing.

Great Jacket

Jacket fits really well and made from a great soft material. Berber inside is soft and comfortable and holds heat very well. It is not wind proof but makes an excellent insulator under a wind proof outer layer. I had a fleece base, this traverse jacket, and a Hudson jacket and I was warm in 6 degree weather in the marsh. Definitely a great jacket made to last!
