It appears to be exactly what I wanted! Haven’t warn it yet, but appears to be light weight and should be warm.

This was my first ever Sitka order. I bought this for turkey season in PA for those cold early season mornings. Performed flawlessly and fit awesome! I see my whole closet making the switch to full Sitka by fall

Superior Jacket

The jacket is warm and stops wind. Very comfortable and light weight. I have warn it in all conditions from hunting elk in the Bighorns in WY, Turkey in the Catskills NY, and deer in PA. This jacket works in all weather conditions. It ca. even handle a light sprinkle.

Runs small in the arms

I ordered a 2XL as that’s my normal size. The jacket runs tight in the armpit area. The rest of the jacket is great. Great all around jacket.

Really comfortable jacket. Thumb loops are recessed/hidden but available if you want to use this for a mid layer. Large pockets as well. Definitely would buy it again

good not great

The jacket did a good job of keeping big S Dakota winds at bay during a recent turkey hunt. The fleece lining helped, too. The jacket seems well made. But to me those benefits are table stakes when it comes to top tier hunting gear. I expected more to like about the jacket. But I’m not disappointed.

Overall this jacket is very nice especially with the covered thumb holes. I just wish the bottom was flared out a little more so it would stay below my hips when I move around

So Far so Good…

This is one of my first purchases from Sitka and I am well pleased. The jacket fits well and seems durable. I bought a large to use as a mid layer and I like the snug fit of this jacket. I’m 6’2 220 pounds. It’s a little tighter in the arm pits than I hoped, but it still allows me to draw my bow with no issues and I wanted to allow room for a heavier outer jacket if needed. I look forward to hitting the field with this jacket to see how it performs and I will update my review after doing so!

One of the best jackets that I own

Bought this is a mid layer, but I never believed how warm it would actually be. Wore it out of the store under a T-shirt and very windy -32° conditions, and could not believe how good it block the Wind. Even turned and commented to my wife, let her try it and she is very cold blooded and even she thought it worked perfect. I wear it all the time now. But usually take it off because I’m too hot. Love it, and would recommend it to everyone
