Runs a little small and definitely hot in the summer but doesn’t leak!

Needs improvement

Had these little over a week! Wear them every morning to exercise the dog. Wet grass to gravel and some pavement, 2. 5 miles! Good cushion and traction and feet are dry! With that said they are still not broke in the tunge of the shoe is sewn in a fixed position so hard to put on and take off! The stiff part of shoe is the upper sides outside of laces and they wear on your feet making them sore! In the end it’s a lower end trail shoe with premium price! Stick with a Hoka or Solomon as they last and you can go many miles out the box! Keep trying Sitka your mud boots turned out good!

Love these, and I’ve become obsessed with Sitka’s footwear/boots and these did not disappoint! I recommend going up a size if you have wider feet.

Awesome shoe! I needed a trail runner to replace my last pair - finally a shoe designed for hunters that exercise in the outdoors. Your timing was perfect for me. Got a pair for myself and for my son.

Great Shoe

I’ve only got to try them on and walk around the house doing chores at this point. Very comfortable. This will even be my go to hunting shoe for the hunts where boots aren’t required.

this shoes fills a gap

A gap exists between my stiff hunting boot which makes stalking difficult and climbing soft steep terrain difficult and a soft moldable shoe like a Hoka Challenger which feel like your barefoot but can be punctured too easily. The Sitka Gore-Tex gives me traction suction cups on steep loose terrain, full ground contact with ankle articulation allowing you to grip surfaces where you would normally slip. The sole is just firm enough that you can still stalk your way through debris , whether you place the toe, side of your foot, or back down first to stay silent. The shoe fits like a glove, absolutely no movement or slip. Enough support to carry hunting gear without foot fatigue. Fit fills a gap for me hunting in the west.

Finally have worn the shoes for several days. I am very pleased with the fit and the support they provide is awesome. I will be buying a second pair soon.

Easy break in, super comfortable, true to size, good traction and self cleaning sole.

Great off-road or on-road shoe

Absolutely love the waterproofing and traction. The only reason I so don’t give them a 5 star review is that they’re extremely stiff but I’m hoping they will break in eventually.

Happy Feet

I’m a 11. 5m The width is a tad tight(narrow)the length is good. Flex is perfect not too soft and just firm enough I actually lift weights in these shoes. A touch of pinch when at full foot bend forward weight on toes from the fabric bulking. The grip is amazing I wish my Kenetrecks had these soles.

Been wearing this for a month now and they are awesome. The gore-Tex is a game changer for early morning hikes with damp grass.

Good fit

They fit well out of the box. They are a bit stiffer around the ankle but I have a feeling that will break in with time. I’ve worn them a couple times and they appear to keep feet dry while allowing them to breath, again time will tell. Planning on putting them to work with fall prep season at hand.

Great shoe for early season and scouting.

I've had these for about a week so far. Put in about 10 miles scouting and hanging sets. Can safely say I've climbed about 20 sets with them so far, and they've been great. I would say a lot less stiff than something like a Salewa Alp Trainer or Mtn Trainer, but stiffer than an Altra Lone Peak (and a lot more cushioned). Slightly more cushioned than something like a typical runner. We'll see how the sole holds up for day-to-day, but in the woods and trails -they've been really comfortable. Even on concrete, my feet have been super happy. The size runs true to what my other shoes are, and the toe box is perfect. Not super wide like a Keen or Altra, but perfect (in my opinion). The heel is deeper than I was expecting, but not in a bad way. The laces have a texture to them. The laces are flatter but "grippy" so to speak. No complaints so far.

Shocked

I have always been one to hype up Sitka’s gear and surely thought I would like the shoes they made, but let me tell you something, these shoes are sick. As soon as I put them on, I was in love. These shoes are lightweight but have the ankle support of a lace-up boot. I haven't broken them in yet, but I did wear them for a shift in the Emergency Room, and even there they outperformed other shoes I have worn. I will definitely buy another pair; I hope they might add some camo or everyday colors

A Bit Narrow

Incredible shoe! I was extremely excited for these trail runners. Perfect blend of high quality materials while still being lightweight. Unfortunately, they fit just a bit too narrow for me, so I’ll have to return. I usually don’t need a wide size, but guess I would need one with these. Won’t fault the shoe…. likely just my fat feet.

The shoe immediately feels very light and my first comment about the traction is that "I feel like I could run up a wall". It felt that good when it comes to the grip.

Incredible Backcountry Trainer

Amazing shoe, its like a trail runner on steroids. Extremely comfortable, true to size (Gore-Tex version seems to be slightly tighter than the non Gore-Tex). Big fan, will continue to use it on backpacking trips and when im training for the season.
