The shirt looks really good! When I put it on I feel all the ducks just being drawn to me like a super human duck hunting Clark Kent…still can’t hit the side of a barn from 15 feet away but that’s a review for another day.

Toy Bino Pack. . .

Sitka, help hunters understand how the Mountain Optics binocular pack made it through design, testing, and production. Who decided that the expandable side pockets on a $140+ bino harness shouldn't fit something as basic as bear spray, cat spray, or even a standard 16 oz water bottle? This feels less like thoughtful engineering and more like a cost-cutting exercise. The undersized pockets, limited utility, and questionable material choices make it seem like saving a few cents on fabric took priority over building a product hunters actually need in the field. The binocular closure flap is especially baffling. It's arguably the loudest component on the entire pack—a serious flaw on gear designed for hunters. Every time it's opened, it announces your presence. To make matters worse, the flap feels like it's reinforced with the same recycled cardboard used to ship the product. For a product marketed as "Mountain Optics," the real-world functionality is shockingly limited. If all you carry is a 10x42 binocular, a satellite communicator, and a couple of Fig Newtons, you might get by. But if you expect a binocular pack to carry common hunting essentials, prepare to be disappointed. What is most frustrating is that these aren't obscure complaints requiring months of field testing to discover. Any hunter handling a can of bear spray or a water bottle could have identified these shortcomings in minutes. That's what makes the design feel so disconnected from actual hunting use. This product has seriously undermined my confidence in Sitka's design and product development process. If this is the level of thought and field testing going into your gear, it's difficult to justify spending premium prices on future Sitka products. Competitors like Kuiu appear to have a much better grasp of what hunters actually need and expect from gear in this category. The Mountain Optics pack isn't disappointing because it tried something innovative and failed. It's disappointing because it overlooks basic functionality that hunters have come to expect as standard. At $140+, that's not a minor oversight—it's unacceptable.

I love the shirt in general. It's airy and cool and the sunglass cleaning patch is great but if you're a fitness buff or have slightly larger arms, the sleeves are a bit tight.

Great traction with a bit of a rub

I am using the rangers while rowing and fishing from a drift boat. I have used them in the river while stopping to wade and I am pleasantly suprised on the amount of traction they offer. The sides are rubbing top/side of my foot quite a bit. This may prevent them from being my favorite boat shoe. The shoe also runs a tad small.

Great pants but a major drawback

The fit of the pants and everything about them are great besides the material. The rough fabric of the pants rub loudly when walking, it doesn’t help when trying to be stealthy in the woods. I would love these pants if they didn’t make any noise.

Very true to size. Had to send it back and get a size larger to fit over my duck oven. Customer service was very helpful and it was a very easy process. Have yet to use it during duck season but I personally would recommend it as an outer, waterproof layer and am looking forward to having it for this season

Between myself, my dad, and my grandpa, we own 5-6 of these jackets and we wear them all the time because they are so comfortable, durable, and they look great.

Love the fit and feel of the Riptide short. Nice look as well. If it had regular rear pocket and a knife/plier pouch it would be the only shorts I would own.

Guard lite

Fit is true to size, I've only owned them a week so I am interested how they hold up. Only things I don't care for are there is only one back pocket and the gaiter is looser than I expected it to be.
