I sent Kelvin Down WS

I sent Kelvin Down WS Hoody for zipper repair which was water proof and specifically asked them repair only. They first sent me back a light down which wasn’t even half the cost nor near the same as replacement. Then I called them asking to return my original coat and they told me it was to worn beyond repair and discarded it. The coat was like brand new. It just had a faulty zipper. No reason to discard.
