This jacket is so light that you forget it’s there. I’ve only worn it in a light rain and stayed totally dry. I can’t wait to try in a downpour ! I not wish it was slightly larger so I could layer more underneath.

Ascent Gortex - great purchase

I have only had the Ascent Gortex for a month and have only worn casually so far but this is a great feeling shoe - super comfortable. I own a pair of a comparable competitor shoe which I really liked but this Sitka Ascent w/Gortex feels even better. I am considering buying a second pair.

I want with a large in the bibs and also have the pants in a medium. I’m 6ft with a pants waist size 32. The pants are on the short side. The bibs fit me perfectly in the length and wearing sweat pants under the bibs on cold days in late season. Overall great choice for packing into the stand on all day hunts.

Great layering crew. I had it on under another Sitka shirt and as the day got warmer it’s what all I needed. Lightweight, soft and comfortable. I will wear this crew on every hunt.

Rover Gtx is very lightweight

Rover Gtx is very lightweight and comfortable boot although they don’t fit as well as I’d like them to. Size 12 was too small and the13 is too big, I had to use thicker insoles to make them fit better

I got an email from Sitka asking for a review and they would give me 15% off my order. I made the review and they never gave me the 15% off. Customer Service wont respond. So here I am leaving an updated review. Sitka customer service is trash. These shoes are over priced junk. The cushion is good. But they are way too narrow even going up a size. Instant blisters. Tread is good if you are walking on carpet. But in the real world outside, its trash. Its not going to hold up and doesn't do well on wet surfaces. Has potential but falls well short of being worth the price. Just like Sitkas trash customer service. Save yourself the money. Sitka has become an over priced fashion company. They care more about the looks then any real world applications.
