These boots are comfortable and lightweight. Like others say they do make a crunch noise when they bend. I've put about 20 miles on them now and the noise is way less noticeable now.

Super Comfortable

I wear these boots most days during the winter. Not only for hunting, but doing routine chores outside. Comfortable and warm.

Not as expected

These boots look good and are waterproof but they are very loud if you are using them for hunting. They make a clunking sound off of your legs and if you are hoping to walk quietly it is just not going to happen with this pair.

Very comfortable for long distance walking warm in cold conditions. Great fit and light weight.

Vent lite boot

Comfortable, light weight, & warm for bow hunting from treestands. Not the most comfortable boot for walking in steep terrain. Excellent quality and able to take abuse and hold up to it.

Pricey but worth it

These boots are really comfortable. Along with the Sitka socks these are a must have

Double Barrel Ranch

This is not your typical muck boot. Absolute no question best rubber boot on the market. Breathability is amazing no more sweat feet. I used them the entire waterfowl season and have worn them in the mountains on some elk hunts this fall was amazed how well they performed in the mountains for a rubber boot very comfortable handled terrain well. Nice job sitka worth every $

Worth the money. Super durable and lightweight. This is my 2nd purchase. Bought the second pair to donate to a senior hunter in need. . . made his day! He always dreamed of owning Sitka gear.

$500 Boots

Sitka products are great!! However, I wore them in the field and they didn't keep my fert much warmer than my other boots. Also, they run big. Sitka would not exchange for a smaller size since I had wore them. We'll you don't know until you try them and for $500 I wish they would make an exception. They are comfortable and worth the money as all Sitka gear is!! I just wish they fit a little better!!

Best knee high boot

Light, comfortable and breathable. Only complaint is I have very large calves and when I have fleece lined pants tucked inside of them they're really snug on my calves

Very nice, lightweight, waterproof, bit noisy

For my experience, being very active make it my number one high boots on the market. I used them to work outside even when its -30 (celsius) but im always active. My feet dont sweath so they dont freeze. However I cant talk about not being active like for exemple if your standing in a tree stand. But sometime I wear them for 14-16h straight shoveling snow outside and I couldnt wish having something else on my feet. Can wait to try them in warmer temperature in spring for turkey hunt. Wish the sole was more grippier in icy condition but I understand thats this is not their main purpose

Not worth it

These boots don’t breathe any better than a rubber boot in my experience. They retain water on the exterior for days on end and they smell horrible for some reason. Only benefit is they are light and walk fairly nicely without slipping. I wouldn’t pay $400 for these again

These are the first muck boots i’ve ever owned that I could easily walk miles in. Most muck boots are rigid and uncomfortable- these Sitka boots are the lightest muck boot I’ve owned and they are soft and comfortable with a nice flex in the foot area. I just wore them for 3 days straight outside in the snow for multiple hours - air temp was between 0 and 15 fahrenheit. My feet never got cold. A++++

Best boots ever, no sweat!

These boots are not only comfortable, they keep my feet dry on the long walk in and out. Wore them all season, feet never got cold. Great Boots.

Best boot ive ever put my feet in

Hands down the best boot ive ever had. Can wear them from 2am to 6pm. Feet dont hurt, feet aren't wet from sweat. They could use a bit more room around the collar for people who have large calf muscles. Ive paired these boots with Hollow socks. Ive wore them for 74 days now. Nov 1st to current day Jan 16th. From temps, -5 to 55. Now let's just hope they hold up.

Horrible Boots.

I can’t believe they actually thought this boot was a good idea. They’re OK for walking in because they are late but they will not keep you warm. Nothing like my lacrosse 1600s. I actually bought this boot to replace my heavy lacrosse 1600s. Returning these and going back to my Alpha Burley’s

Sitka is just a step above!

I love these boots if your feet get cold, you bought a size too small and are not wearing appropriate socks. My feet have not gotten cold and that has been a problem in the past. Love these boots.

Best boot ive ever had

Once broken in, this boot is great. I've spent 60 days in them already. Honestly the best boot I've ever used. No hype. Please measure your calf muscle. Another . 5-. 75" of collar room would have been great. If you have bigger calls, please measure before buying. I can wear these boots from 3am to 6pm and my feet dont hurt and my socks are dry. As a waterfowl guide I need a boot that is gonna be able to keep up with my rigorous demand and not have me changing socks after setting up cause they're wet. Spend the money, your feet will thank you.

Not what I thought.

They are huge. From years of wearing Muck boots, I thought these might be a better product, I was wrong. Sending them back for a credit, and going back to muck boots. Very loose around the shin, and definitely can tell without wearing them that will not be as warm as a muck boot. To be honest, I was shocked. Been a big fan of Sitka, but these boots were disappointing.

Not warmin a stand

The boots are comfortable and light easy to walk in. The problem is if you are sitting in a blind in 30 degree weather after an hour feet began to freeze. I bought a pair for my wife and myself, we both had the same problem. After two days my wife switched to old boots and I wore mine for the five day hunt. If your buying them to stand hunt which we did , even with good socks it made for a very uncomfortable hunt. If you aren't sitting they are great boots.

Very light but not sure as durable

They definitely are light boots. I do quite a bit of upland when the season is open and then game farms in the off season. I just bought these this year and they are already showing a good bit of wear by the areas that are cloth like. For $400+ boots, I think they would be good for hikes and woods but nothing where it touches a lot of grass, shrubs it anything that will slowly rub or cut them. At this point, I will use them until a leak eventually happens then probably off to rubber boots again. But disappointed how fast they wore out with product labeled as durable.

Not worth it

As others have said not warm. I used Sitka heavy weight socks, feet froze in 35F. Used smart wool socks better, but still cold. After about 3 sits, and I'm only walking couple hundred yards, very loose on my feet. I normally wear 11 1/2 or 12, these are 11. Also very noisy. Only positive to me is they are lightweight

Good Boots

These are replacing some 10+ year old muck boots, and in the first week of use I felt like they performed well. The test will be whether they last 10 years like the mucks did. They are warm for sure. Comfortable. They have quite a large upper, which was nice when I tucked the legs of my pants into the boot. I can imagine without doing so, or with thin pants, the boot may feel a bit large in the calf section. For getting to and from tree stands, hanging and sitting in stands, etc, they performed very well.

Noisy boots

Yes they're light, but very noisy walking. Calf dimension is oversized with no strap to tighten. Every step is a popping noise from the boot. If you're not deer hunting then they'd be okay. I wear 11 shoes but 10 in these.

Surprisingly warm (and light)

I live in Northern Wisconsin, so I wasn’t totally sure they would be warm enough without a thinsulate rating I just trusted the Scheels rep, but I have been pleasantly surprised with their warmth! Feel at least as warm as my 1600 different brand thinsulates and without laces, I was in snow all day today hunting feet never got cold.

True to size

Great fit. Very lightweight. Kept feet warm in 10 degree morning hunt. Just wish they were little wider at top of boot to tuck my bibs in. Otherwise they are a great boot.

I wear a size 10 and they fit perfectly for size 10 boot. Lightweight. 21 degrees out other morning feet stayed nice and toasty for 8 hours. Very comfortable to walk to and from my treestands
