Bad weather travel pants

Original purchase of the Traverse Pants was for travel to Iceland in October. I was looking for pants that I could travel several hours at a time in a vehicle but able to perform in the wide range of weather conditions of Iceland. I Used the pants on multiple shorts hikes, 1 to 3 miles in weather that varied from sun, rain, snow and 40 mph winds with temperature ranges from 20 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Paired with the Sitka merino wool base layer on the cooler days the pants held up to the extreme conditions. The pants keep me dry and warm. Fit was good and pockets were adequate for carrying phone, wallet, pocket clip multi tool and A few other travel related items. I additionally used pants for walking city streets all day in rain conditions. Pants repelled the water and keep me dry.

Love these pants- comfortable- true fit to size

These pants have been great for pheasant hunting/everyday projects around the house. Nice and light weight- water resistant and break the wind.

Best Pant Ever

Far and away my favorite Pant. They are lightweight, stretchy, and move with you. Love the zipper side pockets for my phone and gear so I don't worry about stuff falling out. I own several of these pants and still want more. I have 1 pair in sub-alpine and 2 in solid colors that I wear for scouting and everyday wear. In colder weather I just add a base layer and I'm good to go. 5 stars all the way!

Very Impressed

I wear these pants to work in the office and at home---training dogs. Very durable and comfortable to wear. Overall very impressed with Sitka vs other brand names like KUIU---Sitka has more options, and better value.

Multi Species Use

As a lightweight option, I think these pants win the prize. I have worn them during warm wear duck hunts, under my waders when it’s colder, and as an outer layer with long johns on under them for deer hunting. They move quietly and aren’t bulky which is perfect for the Southeast. They are an A+ comfort.

I got a pair in sub alpine and they are great early season when yhere are still leaves on the trees. They also blend in well when on the ground. Super comfortable.

These pants are very nice! They are very thin and worked good for me when temps are above 50.

These are my favorite pair

These are my favorite pair of pants. They fit comfortably and allow for ease of movement. My only criticism is that the belt loops are smaller and it is difficult to slide a belt through. But these pants are amazing

Not what I thought, but love them for a different reason

Bought these as a fall/ early season which is what they are for. But they are so thin I almost sent them back. They performed better than I could have ever imagined during my hunt and even doubled as a walking pant in hot weather for dove. Truly the most comfortable soft pants with very thoughtful pockets.

Love these pants! Light weight and durable, wore these into the second week of November for archery season with light weight long johns and was perfectly fine. Don’t think I would wear in late season tho…can’t wait to try them out in the spring for turkeys
