Traverse Pant review

The pant is a perfect light option. I will be trying it out all of bow season. The fabric is very quiet which is a must for bow season.

Great over all pant

It fits well even after washing. Doesn’t cling to the body if hiking and sweating. Quiet while you hunt/stalk. Been a great overall pant to purchase.

Pants are perfect for early

Pants are perfect for early season hunts, very comfortable. My only complaint would be is most of the guys I hunt with and I wish you offered a short option for pant length. You have a regular and tall option but nothing for us stumpy legs.

Only complaint is the color

Only complaint is the color is closer to evergreen versus deep lichen as advertised but overall a great pant.

The fabric simply was not going to last in the brushy areas I hunt in.

Pants are thinner and lighter weight fabric than expected. Tall sizes with smaller waists are notoriously hard to find. Sitka should stock more models in tall /32 -- they are almost always sold out.

Very disappointed. I have a lot of sika gear and this is by far the worst piece I’ve ever bought. The traverse pants are very baggy and just fit terribly, I thought Sitka was supposed to be a performance fit and they are nowhere near that. I bought them for early season whitetail but they are extremely loud. The stretch is the only positive thing I could think of to say about them. Definitely will be returning them.

My favorite pants

These pants are really comfortable, I’m 5’7” 180 lbs 34’s fit fine in the waist, just a hair of extra room but the length is for tall people, not a big deal I just get them hemmed. These are good for all around, I have them in camo too for the early season.

Good pants

Giving it 4 stars because it doesn’t have a back left pocket. Not sure what the deal is with some of these pants not having pockets. There are other models from Sitka that have no back pockets at all. Aside from that, they are comfortable. I could see them working for both hot and cold environments, with some layers if it’s cold.

Runs long. Thinner and more breathable. Will be nice for early season. 5’9 170lbs, ordered 34R. They are a little big around waist but if layered correctly they should fit fine
