Great hat, love the look

Great hat, love the look and fit. If they had a version that didn't have that top button it would be perfect. The button interferes with ear pro headbands, hoods, etc and it would be more helpful to just not have it from a functionality perspective.

So I have one of

So I have one of those big heads, 7-1/2” hat size. I’ve always bought lots of hats because they never fit right or look like they fit. These have become my daily wearer. Every day, 365 days a year, one goes on my head. It doesn’t matter if hunting, fishing, the beach, working or a dinner date with my wife, the Sitka trucker in some pattern or color is on my head. The most comfortable and most durable hat I’ve ever found. SIMPLY THE BEST HAT EVER!!!

I have several of these

I have several of these hats and they're awesome. They fit really well, look great and can be used for everyday attire. Not like the old mossy oak hats that were full camo and didn't fit good and looked trashy. I literally wear mine every single day.

Sitka has outdone themselves with

Sitka has outdone themselves with this trucker. It has a great fit, the breathability is superb, and it’s camouflage pattern works reliably in the wild.

I'm a huge hat guy

I'm a huge hat guy and absolutely love this hat and wear it so much. Think my only complaint would have to be it runs a little big, other than that it is such a solid hat.

BEST hat I have found

BEST hat I have found in a very long time!! With having a LARGE head it is difficult to find a hat that fits properly. This hat is amazing, fits well and looks good. Will definitely be buying several more.

I think this hat is awesome. I have a small head and it fits great!

Decent hat. Tall crown took

Decent hat. Tall crown took some getting used to but it seems adequate overall. I've had it for about 2 months with once weekly wear. There are drawbacks though. Where the back strap meets the fabric, mine is already cracked and separating and I haven't even worn it hunting yet. I expect it to break soon and be unwearable. Also, the tag is unnecessarily large. This wouldn't be a problem on a solid panel hat but with the trucker hat, I have a large and very obvious grey tag running from my ear to the top of my head.

Best hat I’ve ever owned!

Best hat I’ve ever owned! Finally found a hat that fits perfect for a big head like mine. If you have a small head (aka you can find a hat that fits anywhere) buy a different one. This hat is for us large headed gentleman.

I love my Sitka Trucker

I love my Sitka Trucker cap ! I used it for small game hunting mostly. The fit is nice even if I have a small head :D ! My head circumference is 22 inches (56 cm).

My son has had this

My son has had this hat since 10/20. This is his absolute favorite hat so we will order another!

These hats are extremely well

These hats are extremely well made; however, an honest review here...they are huge, the crown is huge and I know Sitka has their thing with the long tags but for a hat, I normally just toss the thing on my head but now it's to where I have to quickly jam it on my head to keep the tag in. Now... if you know how to mold a hat... this problem goes away, go on youtube and look up how to mold a baseball cap, should be a video of a guy with a hair dryer... actually works!

Good quality. The size is very large though. You could probably fit a volleyball in it. If you are ok with leaving a few snaps undone, it will work fine.

The trucker hat is perfect

The trucker hat is perfect for guys with larger heads. I have one in every pattern and color. Please never change this hat. The guys with tiny heads out there have limitless options.

After reading numerous reviews stating

After reading numerous reviews stating how large the hat was, decided it might actually fit me perfect. Usually wear a 7 3/4 or 7 5/8 fitted hat and figured this one would work. After receiving the hat and trying it out my assumption was correct. It fit perfectly. The quality and comfort of the hat definitely exceeds expectations. So well, I ordered another so I would have a backup. Couldn’t be happier. If you wear large hats, this one is phenomenal.

This trucker has is extremely

This trucker has is extremely well made. However, it is HUGE! It’s not so much the circumference, it’s the depth! I like the top of my hat to rest on the top of my head, if I did this, I would cover about 1/2” of my ears! (I should have heeded the advice of previous reviewers)

Agree with a lot of the other comments. This hat is absolutely enormous. The material and hat itself is made well. If Sitka made these hats in the Richardson 112s I’d buy several of them! One day???

Sitka accidentally sent me the

Sitka accidentally sent me the wrong pattern and Jesse with customer service was really helpful and cool with the process. He ended up telling me to keep the hat they sent and he would send the one I wanted for free. Plus the hat is pretty sweet!

Amazing hat but for me it's far too large in fit. Doesn't compare to Hi Pro Trucker Line which fits me much better.

This hat is truly awesome

This hat is truly awesome and far exceeded my expectations. I've got a large and tall head, I wear a 7 1/2 . It perfectly if you're packing a little extra brain power. As for the craftsmanship, I could not be more impressed. I got this hat in June (it's now May of the next year) and I have worn it ever single day since I've owned it. That's not an exaggeration. I wore it every day of the season in the pouring rain and sloppy mud. It's endured 95 degree days and 15 degree mornings and still looks great. I wear it on the tractor, in the swamp, on the beach, everywhere. No sweat stains, no mud stains. It's the best hat I've ever owned. I usually wear out a hat in 6 months and this one is still going strong. I guess I'll have to wait until I lose it to get another one. I highly recommend it.

I want to love the

I want to love the hat, the look is great, and the brim is perfect. However, the hat is very large. It does cover my ears when I have it pulled all the way down, which while I am wearing my ESW hoody is no big deal. The depth keeps me from putting down 5 stairs and wont be getting another hat to match other patterns unless they change it up.

Holy Cow. I wear a

Holy Cow. I wear a size M/L hat in the Condor Brand, but this hat is HUGE! I am 6'3' and 160lbs (athletic and tall) and I used to make fun of people who tucked their ears underneath their hats. This hat is bomp-broof quality but I had to tighten it down and now my ears tuck underneath it because of how large the circumference is. I wish the 'One size fits all' started at the MED range of sizing. This one starts at LARGE and adjusts up to WATERMELON.

Super disappointed in this particular

Super disappointed in this particular hat, and when I say 'particular', I mean the hat I received. I have the exact same hat in the Timber and it's fantastic! Great fit, sizing on point, and looks great....... then theres this one. Same model but in Optifade Marsh. I sized this one exactly the same as my Timber and the hat was too big. Was tempted to send it back but wound up giving it to a friend. Doesn't change my love for Sitka gear BUT wished they'd fix the issues addressed in the reviews on this particular product.

Love the hat but it’s huge, get the women’s trucker hat if you got a normal sized head. I wear the women’s after returning the men’s and it fits great and looks good

Amazing hat!!! I wear a 7 3/8 new era hat, and just about every hunting/camo hat I've had doesn't fit. This hat fits great, the sweat band is comfy, and if sitka ever changes it I will be pissed!! There are plenty of hats for small heads!

Not much new to add

Not much new to add here. It's a sharp hat and will be good for spring turkey season, but it is giant. I've got a big head (7 5/8), and it's still big on me. Even pulled down low to my ears, the crown still sits up really high. My hope is that it will relax a little with a few cycles through the washer machine.

I love this hat. For

I love this hat. For those of us with bigger heads (mine is 7 5/8) it’s extremely hard to find hats that are deep enough not to look stupid on your head. I can see where some with smaller heads wouldn’t like this because I can wear it all way tightened down where I would normally wear a standard on the next to loosest notch, but for those with heads 7 1/2 or larger, this hat fits and looks great. Please don’t stop making this hat because of the complaints of those with smaller heads. For those of us with big noggins this is a diamond in the rough.

Let me just start by

Let me just start by saying that I’ve never once written a review on a product, but felt obligated to on this one. Do not buy online without trying the gear on, Sitka does a great job of making their gear fit a specific way. As far as the hat goes, this is the first piece of Sitka gear I’ve owned, and though I’m a huge fan of them and think they are ten steps ahead of the competition, be careful if thinking to add this to you collection. The material this is made out of us extremely nice and durable, but there is a catch that I can’t believe Sitka would let into production.. where the hat sits on your ears (the mesh) is like sand paper. I wear this hat every time I hunt because I’m a die hard, but it makes the area where my ears attach to my head very raw. Read the fit on their apparel (I own the Celsius jacket too and i went a size up and the arms are still tight on me) and try the gear on at a retailer.. the jacket is a 5 star! Hope this helps someone make a better decision than I did so you don’t click buy online! Good luck this season and Sitka is still second to none!

I honestly can’t believe I

I honestly can’t believe I spent $30 on this hat. It feels so cheap. I do believe they have better quality hats at the dollar tree. I would rather have my money back so I can get a Drake hat. Absolutely rediculous.

Was bummed out when I

Was bummed out when I received this hat. The snap back is funky, the black mesh on the hat is stiff and since it is a deep hat if you have a medium size head the edges rest in between your ears and head and it itches. If you made the subalpine color in a Richardson style hat I believe you would have something 5stars for sure.
