Awesome gear for waterfoul season

I got the traverse hoodie and hat in marsh and I’m very pleased with the quality of the gear. I’ve already been shooting some geese with them! I love the combo of the hat and hoodie with the face mask along with it. Really helps conceal my face so I don’t get seen. Very warm and comfortable too! Definitely gonna buy more Sitka in the future! Hopefully they can make a size large tall, I have to get the xl since I’m taller.

If you are cranially challenged and have a hat size that is larger than normal this is the hat for you!!! The oversized version of this hat is so much more comfortable!!! The fabric wicks moisture well and stays cool especially in the early season adventures.

It’s alright- I get mids are tough to dial in and there’s lots of variation btw each unit be everybody’s dumb heads. but I keep buying yalls hats and there’s always something a little off- the snaps or the brim or the deapth. it’s fine but It won’t be my go-to cap like I was hoping for

Got the subalpine for the elk hunt my Dad and I had for opening elk weekend. The hat firs great, has an excellent profile (grip and grin photos), feels good on the head (I'm a bald guy)

Great hunting hat for warm climates

Hat seems great. It's lightweight and vented well. Hat forms to my head vs. riding high in the front like some hats. Snapback closure is a traditional rubber adjustable strip with holes instead of Velcro. Sitka may not like this, but I peeled the rubber orange and white logo off the front because I was looking for a subdued Optifade Cover hat for turkey hunting and didn't want bright colors on my hat. Now I have a plain, well fitting, Optifade Cover hat!
