Perfect layering piece or worn solo on a mild day.

Use this in place of a grid fleece

I really like how well this material moves moisture from the body and it has morphed into a mid-layer combined with the lightweight hoody. It's exceptionally warm but can transfer moisture off and even under a lot of work out, I stay relatively dry.

Used this for an outer layer in September and May. And a warming layer during the late fall/winter. It’s warm enough I didn’t use any other warming layers under a shell jacket on late season duck hunts

Heavyweight Hoodie

Like that is both a mid-layer and outer-layer garment. Enough room to allow good base-layer. Warm enough to be the outer-layer. Also, not over-sized that would prohibit wearing my regular size shell. However, need to wear a separate neck gaiter to get full nose and mouth coverage on those really cold days/nights.

Very comfortable layer Hoodie, It is heavyweight warm yet light in actual weight. I bought two. One for my hunting gear and one for work gear. They are both excellent!!!

I have been using this with a core lightweight and grinder hoodie for pheasant hunting in the twenties it works well. For windy colder days I use the wind breaker hoodie as an outer layer. 4 stars because it and the grinder developed a little piling right away.

I bought my first heavyweight hoodie last year as an under shirt, I now wear these all the time as a going out sweater. Such an essential part of my wardrobe!

The Heavy Weight Hoodie has become my favorite top for November Blacktail hunting! I wear it with the Sitka merino top. Perfect for walking in the cool November temps. I have a couple a couple camo hoodies and a couple solid colors for around town. This is a comfortable and breathable piece of clothing. You won’t be disappointed.
