Grindstone Work Pant Reviews

Tight fit

I bought 2 pair & wore 1 for a day & returned the other as I wear a 36 jeans & these 38 seem to tight for my body or my hips and butt.

Nice panties

Comfortable pants, fit well with a good amount of stretch. Seems like they will be pretty durable. Great functional pockets. Only quip is that they’re made to look like double front pants but they only have a single layer. Not a deal breaker if you’re not gonna use them for heavy duty work. Size 34

They were a little stiff

They were a little stiff at first. Once I washed them the broke in and are very comfortable

Grindstone Work Pant

Very comfortable to work in. Durable but not too heavy Size 36

Solid work pants

Land surveyor thats tough on gear, got these on sale and so far they've held up great. Comfortable and look good, would buy again.

Great pants! Seem a little

Great pants! Seem a little snug around the waist in my size compared to my Sitka hunting pants. 6’ 200 lbs 34”

Work pants

Nice fit, I need more pants but usually they don’t have my size 32x30

I really like 'em. . .

I felt the pants were

I felt the pants were a slimmer cut and or ran small. I would find the reviews on your website more useful if you shared the size that was purchased. in addition to the persons hight, weight range and if the item ran small, true to size or large fit. The size ordered was a 32 waiste.

Grindstone work pant

Great pant, feels very durable. True to size

Comfortable, dependable and made for

Comfortable, dependable and made for the job site in all types of weather.

Tough pants to beat.

Got them on sale and will be buying more as needed. They certainly exceed the expectations for the price. Tough yet forgiving fabric that moves with you through your workday.

Very nice

Fits well and very comfortable. Super deep pockets and seem well made. Have worn a couple times so far and I’m very pleased with them.

Pants

Love all of sitka's clothing, and these pants are now my new favorite.

great panmts

I ware them as my go to for rough work

Grindstone work pants

The pants are well made, look great, feature extra pockets and are reinforced in all the right areas. The only complaint is that I normally wear a 34” or smaller waist size but these run a little snug.

Great pants

Excellent material quality

Great work pants

Like them so much I just bought a second pair.

Sad quality.

Wore the Grindstone Work pants two times. Tags were still on and got a whole in the thigh. For $150 work pants I thought Sitka would’ve but some more quality into this.

Legs are too skinny

sizing issue

These pants do not fit true to other sitka sized pants I wear a 38R in 5 other pant styles and can barely even get these on.

Excellent work pants!!

The Grindstone to me is perfect. It combines the toughness of other brands but also allows the flexibility and movement that this don’t. Usually I have to wash a work pant many times to get what the Grindstone delivers on day one. I’ve own several pair now. Well done.

Great pants

Very durable

Great pant!

Perfect fit: 6’4, 240lbs 38R

Great pants

I have been wearing these since they were introduced and they feel great and wear great.

Nice pants, too slim for "athletic" men

I was not able to keep these pants as the seat and thighs were too slim to be comfortable while moving about, sitting, and kneeling. If you have larger/muscular glutes and thighs these may not fit right for you. The waist felt true to size.

So far so good, good

So far so good, good fit but just a little long. Seem to be well made but time will tell… if I have work pants that last a year I consider it a success!

As always amazing Sitka attention

As always amazing Sitka attention to detail and highest quality pants I have found. More belt loops than most other pants of this type. Super lightweight and breathable material. I will get three seasons out of these.

Great pants!

They fit great and the slight bit of stretch keeps them comfortable all day. I like the canvas texture of the fabric and they seem to be holding up well to frequent wear. The articulated knees and gusseted crotch give great range of movement. Bought a pair to try out, and ended up buying three more and they have now become my daily pants. The charcoal pairs had a rolled and very sturdy triple lockstitch hem, but the tan pairs had a surged end with triple needle chainstitch like the hem of a teeshirt. The tan pants were very easy to remove the hem, and the charcoal pants hem was extremely hard to remove (which is good). They must have come off of different assembly lines or factories. Needed to hem all four pairs as they come with 32-33" inseam (tan ones were an inch longer than the charcoal ones and had the flimsy hem). 5'9", muscular 190lbs, 30" inseam.

Definitely not meant to work

Definitely not meant to work in. The stitching in the crotch area already busted. Has decent intentions but could be better.

Great pants! , husband loves them!

My husband is tall and muscular and has bigger legs, it’s hard to find pants that fit him and look good. He loves them, wears them for work as a construction manager daily. He looks out together but the pants are durable enough if he has to get in there and help with something. Can’t recommend them enough!

Terrible

Some of my friends think I work secretly undercover as a Sitka sales rep based on how highly I talk about their gear. I was highly disappointed with this pant. It is advertised as a work pant so I used it as such. I work on a pipe crew and at the time of purchasing these pants I was doing most of my work from the ditch (labor intensive). The back end of these pants completely blew out one day after only using them for a couple of weeks. I worked the rest of the day with my ass out. Very very disappointed. However, the grindstone jacket is the best jacket I have ever owned in my life. I hope Sitka continues to evolve with working industry outfitting because I am confident they can get the pants right some day but these aren’t it.

Perfect for around the house.

Work Pants

Comfortable and sturdy feel like they will last a long time

Worst quality “work pants” I

Worst quality “work pants” I have ever had. The crotch ripped because it was only single sewn not double or triple like most work pants. Will be returning,

Work pant

Good buy, very comfortable and move well while working through out the day. Run a little small in size.

Great pants

Durable great for anything

The grindstone work pant is

The grindstone work pant is a quality work pant. Being on the ranch you never know what situation I could get in to. The durability is nice. Only negative about them is they are a little short for my longer legs.

These are my favorite pants.

These are my favorite pants. Pockets are right where I want them and they are BUILT. The material is tough and they are cut just right.

Really wanted to like these pants!

I really wanted to like these pants but at 6’3” 205lbs I need the tall sizes to comeback! I think these would be a great pant tough enough for shed hunting, running my trap line and just general farm work. These also run a bit small. I wear 34T in all my Sitka pants and these are really tight.

Grindstone pant

They fit true to size and very durable and easy to move around in. I wear them upland hunting or doing chores.

Great fitting pants. Very comfortable.

Great fitting pants. Very comfortable.

zipper quality issue

Love the fabric, Love the fit, love the articulation, Love everything about this pant EXCEPT the zipper. It's very poor quality and will not stay up, it slips every time I sit down or put my hands in my pocket. Nothing worse than a $150 product ruined by a choice to save a nickel on a cheaper zipper.

Great pant for working or just wearing!

I found the pant to be comfortable and lightweight. Movement is made easily and they are breathable.
