Cold weather essential

Bought the fanatic jacket last year but never had a chance to use it because I got a buck early in the season. Early this week we had a cold snap in IL in the teens and low 20s and it’s peak rut so I went out. VERY warm and comfy. I had no issue shooting with the jacket on and the Fanatic jacket made my 4 hours out in the cold no problem. Only thing I will say is this jacket REALLY warm. So much so that I don’t wear it in the car, I walk in with it off or unzipped to minimize overheating. Once I’m up in the saddle then I zip up fully. The pouch and pockets are perfect as well. Great for keeping your hands warm without gloves on.

Love the kangaroo pouch, by far the best feature provided in a jacket. Very comfortable, convenient pockets and allow you to sit longer in the cold. Highly recommend!

Fit is similar to other Sitka products. It’s a warm jacket but can be worn in the 40’s or low 50’s if you wear a light base layer.

Just Do It

Game changer with all the features you’d expect on a bow hunting jacket. Call pocket, slot for harness, built in hand muff, layered cuffs to fit under gloves and have a layer over gloves. Plenty warm for long Wisconsin sits in October through December.

This is my favorite jacket for late season muzzleloader and archery hunting from the stand. It is crazy how much warmth is held in with this jacket and even with it being a little bulky, it still gives you mobility to draw and turn, etc to take advantage of the small window you have for a shot.

Fanatic Set

I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing Sitka. I got the fanatic jacket with bibs. As well as a hoodie and bottom base layers. I’m 6’4” 240 pounds and everything fits perfect. I used once so far but it blows anything out of the water that i previously owned. No more putting on 5-6 layers. I can actually move and be comfortable while hunting in the woods. Family and friends swear by it and you can add me to that list! By far the best hunting clothes on the market

Awesome jacket

Awesome jacket to wear when you don’t want to do alot of layering and should very useful for wearing paired up with stratus bibs if your top half gets colder than your bottom half.

Warm, silent, invisible.

The first time I experienced a Fanatic jacket was when a friend got one for Christmas (that was a kingly gift!). The first thing that stood out to me was how silent the brushed fleece surface is. It's incredible! Next I noticed the funky zipper. What's up with that? The answer was incredible. A built in hand muff!! "Okay so how will you draw your bow?" They thought of that too. The "mapping" was done in such a way that you get plenty of insulation and still can move your arms. Amazing! I honestly can't say enough good things about the Fanatic Jacket. My only complaint is that I need more cold days during bow season to use it!

Big warm jacket. I did have to size up though. Seems to be cut smaller than the stratus and incinerator jackets.

Well thought out jacket

Bought size large, 5’10” 190 pounds jacket fit limits excess bulk which is nice when saddle hunting. Wore in 30 degree morning warm enough by itself. The pocket layout is top notch!

Warmest jacket I’ve ever owned. I’ve tried just about everything on the market for warmth and comfort and this is the best thing out there. No need for a hoodie under it at all in 30 degree weather.

Just bought this for this season and haven't got to use it get but the layout is awesome! Got it a size up from normal just so I layer but I'm not sure I'm going to have to cause it seems really warm. Probably could have gotten a large like I always do with everything. Pocket layout is really awesome. Really can't wait to put it through it's paces

Have the original Fanatic in Elevated camo. Bought this for ground blind hunting. Fabric is not the same. More like a Berber fleece.
