Offer a Straight Zipper/Hood

This is the warmest hunting jacket I have ever tried. This includes First Lite, Kuiu, Predator, Cabelas/Bass Pro and others. It's warm. First Lite Thermic is very very warm as well. But for me I could never get used to the cross-over zipper. I'm sure that the muff pocket is nice for some, but I don't need it. I would rather have a normal straight zipper. Secondly, for a COLD WEATHER hunting jacket, I have to have a hood. Preferably a zip off hood for a little warmer times but its there as my last line of defense against the cold. Can Sitka make two Fanatic Jackets? Two options? The normal original, and then a straight zipper, hooded option? Thanks

Super warm!! kinda difficult to get used to the cross body zipper but after a couple wears no issues. Last day I hunted it was in the low 20’s that morning and I just had on a light base layer and never once was cold. Super happy with this jacket

Warmest and coziest hunting jacket I’ve ever worn. I went with a 2x at about 6’2”230 lbs. and love the way it fits. It’s a touch big but I love it. Was tired of freezing my butt off so pulled the trigger on this and boy it’s a game changer. I pair it with the stratus bibs rn but I hope to get the bibs to match before next season for those extra cold days. If your one who gets cold fairly easy, get this jacket.

Awesome jacket.

I can’t say enough good things about this jacket. The only negative I’d say is it’s a large item when packing in but that’s the nature of something this warm. So I can’t count against it for that. The front kangaroo pocket is awesome. It’s super warm and quiet. I couldn’t be happier with it. I’m 5’10” and weight 175-180 and a large fits great.

Only got to wear this for a few days but it was great. Very warm and comfortable. Wish I would of ordered this sooner. The pass through hand pocket is amazing at keeping my hands warm because I don't like wearing gloves. Also love the spotting scope pocket.

I'm the most cold blooded animal you'll meet and I can sit all day in this set. Functional quiet warm the best. Like to see more medium tall stuff but other than that love it.

Tried this on a recommendation. Went out in january in ohio 20-25 degrees with 18 mph winds wearing this jacket and matching bibs and a single base layer n It was like i wasnt even outside. Jacket fit a little snug around my arms and back but arm length is good (im a stocky 5'8"-200 lbs)
