Kept me warm during late season. I love the hand pockets allow me to not wear gloves but keep my hands warm and allow for easy access. Below the knee material keeps from getting burrs and fits better in my boot. It is heavy and I wouldn't like a long hike to the treestand in this bib.

Purchased this for my daughter and we are happy with the looks, fit and comfort. We have not been able to wear this in the field as our hunting season closed right after Christmas and was unable to put a hunting trip together.

Had the old celsius bibs from 2008, had the old stratus bibs and jacket from 2012, got the new stratus bibs and jacket last year. . . finally dumped the coin into the fanatic bibs, jacket and vest. Got em on sale but even if I had to do it over at full price I'd do it. This stuff is the real deal for 5 degrees and 15mph wind. No more merino, timberline, puffy pants, puffy jacket and stratus Michelin man for me. Pack it to the bottom of the tree, cool down for 5 minutes and put this stuff on and you WILL be warm.

BEST LATE SEASON BIBS OUT THERE!

I've been running the fanatic jacket several seasons now so completing the set with the bibs only seemed right. I was not disappointed, they make late season long sits comfortable. The wind blocker technology is an absolute must during the Maine whitetail season. Highly recommend.

I bought the jacket and bibs in a large. I'm 5'6" and 170. I will say the bibs are a little big. Overall not bad considering most people would do layering underneath. The top fits pretty snug. I was wearing a long sleeve as well as the traverse hoodie. I was tree stand hunting in single digits and this suit is completely warm! Sometimes I was even having to take clothes off. I love how its quiet it is as well.

Super warm bibs

I purchased e these in November last year and wore them in December and January for late season archery in central Illinois. They are beyond comfortable and warm. I can easily use my climber wearing these. They allow you to be super flexible. They fit over my Ventlight boots. They are a great pairing with the Fanatic Jacket for late season hunts. I'm 6"1" and wear the MT.

As a public land hunter I usually have to hike in over a mile (sometimes 2 or 3) to reach un pressured areas. I’ll put these on before I settle into my stand and it’ll keep me from falling into those post-hike in deep chills in the late season and keeps me warm for the rest of the sit as well.

Amazingly warm. I'm 5-9 160pounds. I bought the large, so its a little big but I wanted it that way to layer. The pockets and zippers layout is great. I was surprised with the camo pattern and did notice a difference how deer didn't notice me as with other camo patterns.

Perfect for the late season whitetail grind.

Switched from the stratus to the fanatic jacket and bibs and it’s a night and day difference. Sat in the stand with a light base layer, Midi jacket and fanatic set in 10 degrees for and evening sit in late michigan archery and I was very comfortable.

I really liked the bibs. They were warm and exactly as described. A little on the heavy side but thats to be expected.

Quality control issues.

I bought this bib along with the jacket for my colder New Jersey hunts. After receiving the bib i was able to have it out once for an all day blind sit. With the wind chill that day it got to -12. The bib and jacket kept me warm and comfortable enough to enjoy those temperatures. The fabric is also very quiet as advertised and blocks wind completely. However there are some issues i have. After opening the package i immediately noticed the bib had a very strong odor that i would compare to vicks vapor rub mixed with a strong laundry detergent. This scent is strong, even overwhelming. Definitely not a scent you want in the field. Also upon wearing the garment for the first time i noticed a 2 inch hole in the right side standard pocket. I hate to think it but i feel like i was sent something that was pre owned and returned. Overall i feel its a good garment, however for $500 the quality control is sub acceptable.

Best Hunting Clothes on the Market!

My son bought himself this outfit (jacket and bibs) in OptiFade Elevated II for our weeklong rifle season back in November early December. He told me that he wanted something that will keep him warm. I tried it on and was impressed. After getting home from deer camp, in January I purchased the jacket and the bibs in XL for myself. One day this January, when it was in the teens, I wore it to the woods to check trail cameras. I was absolutely astonished at how well it kept me warm. I was there for several hours and not once did I get cold or even feel cool. Absolutely amazed!!! If you struggle keeping warm in cold temperatures, you need this outfit!! The price is high, but so far, I think it is worth the cost to stay in the woods all day without getting cold!! My son even done a review of the outfit on our YouTube Channel, J & J True Outdoor Adventures. We both are a firm believer in Sitka gear and would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys the great outdoors.

Bad Stitching

These bibs have been extremely warm. The durability is terrible. I have only worn a few times, and stitching is ripping in multiple places. The bottom section have small tears. I just read I will more than likely have to pay for repairs. I have to pay way too much for gear to just turn around and pay more. I had cheaper brands that withstood way more. Extremely disappointed

Best cold weather hunting gear I’ve ever owned. You can tell it was designed by hunters. Love all the different features, pockets, zippers, etc. , only issue was I wish their were different lengths, very minor issue though, I’m 5’10” and the XL length was a little long.
