My new beanie

I have a shaved head for police academy and I use the beanie when I’m outside working out or doing scenarios. It’s a very warm beanie however with my velcro like head it pulls a lot of lint from the beanie and it gets stuck to my head which then falls into my eyes on occasion. Other than that it’s a comfortable warm addition to my small Sitka collection.

So nice I purchased 4 of them in different colors.

Interesting smell

I haven’t got a chance to wear it since it’s August when I bought it But it’s very comfortable and looking forward to it. Only drawback is the very interesting smell. Not quite musty, but the most like it was wet at one point. Hopefully being out in the air for a few weeks will resolve this issue.

Warm without being bulky

This is an excellent beanie, there are hundreds of these that you can buy online or at any store; but I went for Sitka based on my previous experience with their products, was not disappointed, it’s comfortable, looks good and warm enough to be outside during those cold days, it’s not designed to withstand strong winds; but Sitka has other products that are designed for that specific purpose as well as for rain, fits nicely. Very recommended.

My go-to Winter Hat

This beanie lives in my truck and is always at the ready. It’s not bulky and breaths much better than other knit beanies I’ve worn. I use it by itself and over baseball caps. Very happy with this purchase.
