Core Merino 330 Hoodie Reviews

I love the hoodie it's

I love the hoodie it's nice and warm it fits true to size, the only 2 things that I don't like is the hood and face mask fit loose, like the hood comes all the way down and will be in my eyes and the face mask is so loose it won't stay up on my face so I just cut it out. I have the fanatic hoodie and it's a 10 out of 10 on how the hood and face mask fit. So I wouldn't recommend buying this hoodie because for the amount of $ it cost your hood and mask should fit like the fanatics.

Works great for a base

Works great for a base layer on cold late season hunts or a good outer layer for early season.

Kept me warm in the field

Best Sitka piece I own

Very warm, breathable and moisture wicking. By far my favorite piece. You can even wear it out on the town

Solid choice for staying warm

You can’t beat the merino for staying comfortable. It does what it says and is a solid investment

Comfy and warm

Really warm and comfortable under layer - can also be used as a primary sweater if needed in weather in the 50,s

This hoodie checks all the boxes I expected from Sitka wear.

So warm!

Just completed a successful late season elk hunt in the Frank Church Wilderness. This piece of clothing was extremely beneficial on this hunt. It kept me very warm and dry while out in the late season weather conditions in high elevation. So glad I had this piece of clothing in my arsenal!

Extremely warm base layer…would highly recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love this hoodie.

I absolutely love this hoodie. I will likely be buying another in a different pattern to wear in early season.

Core Merino 330 Hoodie

It is more than I expected. Between the good fitting hoodie and mask, to the heavy weight merino and top it off with the kangaroo pocket. Another great product from Sitka.

Love it!

Can’t go wrong with it! First use was pheasant hunting in SD!

Merino 330 Hoodie

The Merino 120 Quarter Zip is perfect for Cool to Cold conditions. The 330 Hoodie I am hoping will be perfect for Cold to Extremely Cold conditions

Perfect

It’s very warm, comfortable, and well designed

330 Hoodie

Great Hoodie for a layering system during hunting season or nice hoodie to wear on colder days when going out with friends. Very versatile hoodie.

Hoodie

Exactly what I intended it to be.

Core merino 330

I love it

Merino 330 Hoodie

Was hoping the material would be a little thicker & warmer as this is the heaviest wool that Sitka offers. It's very well made and fits great. Will make a decent layering option, but was really looking for something warmer.

Best base layer

Warm and great winter base layer or early season shirt

Great as a layer. If windy make sure you have jacket as this doesn’t protect you from the wind. Very comfortable.

Great Hooodie

Perfect hoodie for those early fall hunts, very comfortable and fits true to size.

Core merino

Great warm base layer under the stratus

Merino 330 Hoodie

Best hoodie I own

Feels awesome

Haven’t tested in the field yet but have been very impressed with the merino line. Good work.

Great base layer

This hoodie is everything I hoped it would be, warm but not too bulky. Fits great and use it all the time.

330 Hoodie

Warm and breathable

Core Merino 330 Hoodie

This hoodie is very warm. It’s stretchy and the lining I the kangaroo pocket is very soft. I have 2 Fanatic Hoodies that are my favorite Sitka pieces. The Merino one seems heavier weight (not bulkier) and I would think of it as more of a layer in piece than the Fanatic.

Great core layer!

Nice and thick core layer that will make a great addition on the frigid hunts. I’m 5’9” 175lbs and the M size is a good fit; not a compression tight base layer.

Great product

5star

Love the hoody as I

Love the hoody as I just used it in Illinois for two weeks. The only thing I was disappointed about was the face mask kept fall down where I had set on my face. I suggest a small spring loaded clip as you have on the bottom of the jacket to keep the draft out would work

I bought this for a moose hunt. I wanted something that would keep me warm for sitting and glassing for moose yet dry when walking around looking for moose. It did everything it said it would do.

Great hoodie

Have used early season on those cool mornings as an outer layer. Very comfortable for is great.

Great addition

This was my first time trying merino wool. I also used various merino wool base layers with the 330. The 330 is extremely comfortable and kept me warm in 30-40 degree temps. I’d definitely recommend it as a mid layer or outer layer.

Love it.

Super comfortable, super soft and well made. Only knock is tight in forearm area.

Super Nice Hoodie!

Wish I would have purchased this hoodie 5 years ago! Very comfortable and I will be getting rid of number of my old clothing items as I will never wear them again. Best part is the built in face mask.

Super soft. Dried really quick.
