A great base layer piece for those chilly days in the field or on the mountain or when it’s just that cold out!

Quality base layer

Not too much or too little. Quality garment that lasts! Works everyday of waterfowl season (40+ days) and no signs of wear!

Great layer!

This is the warmest base layer I’ve owned. True to size and super comfortable on late season elk and deer hunts in Montana. Warms up quick on high output climbs but regulates sweat well to keep you warm when you stop. Another great piece from Sitka.

This is a Christmas gift but in seeing the package it's perfect. Have other merino layering that is very warm and works awesome to keep chill off.

Fantastic all-around base layer

These are very warm (especially for their thickness) yet breath well during periods of exertion and dry quickly. Very comfortable and soft as well. I highly recommend these to anyone looking for a go-to base layer for low temps.

The ultimate in between base layer bottom

If you have the core heavyweight and find it to be too warm at times, look no further. These are great as temps start to drop and great for layering underneath the heavyweights when real cold.

Best Baselayer I've ever used

From 50 degrees down to 30 these are the answer for all my hunts in that temperature range. Very comfortable and amazing at regulating temperature and wicking away moisture. Runs a touch big so I will be sizing down for my next pair.

Quality Merino

I'm 6'3, about 175. The size medium fit perfect in the hips. Inseam works well too given it's a base layer item. If I had to order again, I wouldn't change a thing.

New favorite baselayer

Love the way these fit (not so skin tight) and feel (incredibly thin and soft, but warm). Under my mid-weight bibs I was plenty warm on a 40 degree tree stand hunt. Highly recommend.

Well made, warm and great fit

I purchased the core merino 220 bottoms along with the half zip. They’re soft, comfortable, and should be ideal this fall and winter. I’m glad that they are made to be easy to wash and care for.
