Core Lightweight Hoodie Reviews

Good stuff

Deer hunting SE Alaska is high output exercise in high humidity, rain, swamps, wind, and general mayhem. Layering is essential, including stripping down to next to nothing. The hood allows for fine temp control as does the mask/neck-gaiter. If soaking wet, this shirt dries on the body in a few minutes. That saves using extra dry shirts. This shirt is for those who hunt inside a terrarium. Made for high output days in the vertical swamp.

Great base layer that provides

Great base layer that provides convenient mask and hood for concealment. The hem on sleeves are showing some wear with only few times wearing. Overall a nice base layer.

Great piece of kit

Perfect hoodie for early bow season when it's still in the 90-100 degree range.

Lightweight

A little tight In the arm pits. But other than that no complaints

Review

Fits well and very breathable.

Comfortable and fits perfect

I was looking for something that would be comfortable to wear underneath my jacket and this is it. Once the sun comes out, I shed my jacket and this does the trick. Built in face mask it comfortable and doesn't press into your nose like other brands. 10/10, 5 stars, etc

review

I’m a big Sitka fan and own a lot of Sitka gear. However this shirt in a medium was far too small to fit vs my other medium Sitka shirts. Had to return.

Great Features

For a lightweight baselayer, I love the features this hoodie has, and the fact I can wear it in place of a shirt.

Lightweight hoodie

Just what you’d expect, lightweight and very comfortable. I sweat a lot so I wanted something to just keep the sun off me on warmer hunts and it works well for that. Easy to layer on top of with thumb loops. I got both the XL and LT to compare, XL was more comfortable for me at 6’1” 210lbs

Great hoodie, can only wear

Great hoodie, can only wear Sitka in the large tall. Wish we had more options but this hoodie fits the ticket.

Core Lightweight Hoodie

I’ve been really impressed with the overall quality of Sitka! the materials are durable, weather-resistant, and clearly designed with hunters and outdoor enthusiasts in mind. The fit is comfortable and allows for good movement, and the layering system really works in different conditions.

Lightweight hoodie

Love this hoodie!

Great for early goose/duck season.

Great early season top.

Fits great with easy movement. The hood works well to keep breeze off of your neck with a touch of warmth. Great for early season and then with additional layers as the weather gets colder.

Great Hoodie

Sitka products are always a 10/10. Went by sizing in my other clothing and this is a little more slim fit. Would definitely go with an XL next time. I wear a large in everything else I have from Sitka.

Well designed

Very happy with this hoodie. Perfect for warm weather hunting.

Core lightweight Hoodie

Cool for those early fall hunts when it’s still hot

Granddaughter

She is in love with it. She got it for her birthday.

Equinox light Weight hoodie

Feels great! Fits good. Very very light weight

Perfect Fit for Average Height

This did exactly what they said it would. I have a long torso, so the fit was a bit short for me, but I’ll give it credit. It was less short than other brands in this category. For someone who doesn’t need tall sizing, this would fit perfectly. I ended up returning it only because I’m outside this brand’s size range. The material is very lightweight, moves well, and feels like it would perform exactly as advertised. If they offered a tall version, I would have kept it.

Great piece for early bow

Great piece for early bow season!

Lightweight & versatile

Great for hot days and can cover up when getting into bow range. Breathes well and dries out quickly after a long hike.
