Great pack for huntring - holds alot of gear

I would recommend to a hunter who takes out a lot of gear for their hunt.

Extremely Versatile Day Pack

My Apex pack is my go too for everything from shed hunting, turkey season, tree stand work, day hikes, deer and bear hunting, fishing outings, etc. Although it is form fitting with a smaller top to allow for good maneuverability in the woods (ducking under branches and squeezing between trees), it has more than ample room to organize and carry all of my gear for any type of day trip.

I purchased this pack for a quick grab and go pack! Works great and has plenty of storage for the quick morning and evening hunts!

Excellent day pack

For my rifle and archery season yhis has made a difference for me. Shoulder straps and waist belt are in best place for bow and rifle. Has helped me be more mobile and on target.

By far my favorite pack. Substantial without being heavy and great quality construction. I will get many years of use out of this pack.

Bag for the backwoods

I’ve got lots of bags, spent a lot of time in the woods and I gotta tell you for an archery hunt and even overnight trip this bag right here is the perfect size. Lots of straps, lots of storage, easy access pockets, lightweight, comfortable, and can stand a beating. I was worried about pulling my bow back with it, but it’s got a pretty sleek design that stayed clear my bow. I highly recommend.

This pack is awesome. The cable loop works great for hands free carry of a bow. Just put your stabilizer through the loop and tie a short piece of 550 chord to the opposite shoulder strap with a knot in the end to hook between your bow string and cam. The only improvement I would suggest is a carry handle at the top.

Fantastic material and comfort. Don't like that there is no frame or support, and so the soft material has no structure so pockets, zippers, items stored are harder to get to and find. got the padding and straps and quiet soft material correct, but I would like more strategic compartments for gear and structure to be able to look into the pockets and find gear more easily.

Purchase this pack for Treestand hunting black bears and western hunting mulies. Looks like it will be perfect.

Really like this pack. It

Really like this pack. It is quiet and well organized and has the right room for a day pack when stalking game close up. I plan to use it for archery season this year and as a companion pack for my mountain hauler 4000. Plan will be to throw this on the outside of my mountain hauler 4000 and hike in (it is very light) - then drop the mountain hauler 4000 and use this as a day pack. Finding it useful when I have to go with the family on day outings to put jackets, water, food, and misc. items in as well.

Have yet to use it

Have yet to use it on a hunt but my initial thoughts are good. Built well and it’s very easy to get sized up. Only downside is the lack of smaller individual pockets in the main compartment. It would be nice to have the options to keep smaller items separated.

Ergonomic and comfortable.

Haven’t had it out on a hunt yet, but used it for some hiking and shed hunting. It’s comfortable and has pockets in all the right places to stash gear, and compatible for my platypus hydration bladder, I can tell it’ll be a great day pack for hunting. Nice brushed face on the fabric makes it super quiet as well. Highly recommend as a day pack for all hunts, turkey, elk, whitetail, etc!

Some reviews complain about the zippers, shouldn't need another pack for quite some time. Love it!

Great day pack. It fits

Great day pack. It fits extremely well and sit securely up high on your back. It does however get a bit hot during long treks. I'd say other packs do better in the heat, but for storage and functionality, this bag is amazing.

The day pack i've been looking for

Light, comfortable, and has everything I need for all my day trips. Bladder compartment, extra storage everywhere, straps to toss on some elk sheds, belt and shoulder retention straps, and the bow wire holders are a game changer when stalking. Just buy it.

Great pack. Thermos fits nicely in the outside pouch. Belt compartments are easily accessible while walking. 10/10 recommend this pack for hunting.

I purchased the Apex pack

I purchased the Apex pack primarily for an archery elk hunt in New Mexico. I wanted a light weight, comfortable, and quiet pack. The Apex pack met all my criteria and more. I loved the bow holder for staying completely relaxed, and completely still while waiting for the bull to move into range. I have finally found my perfect daypack!!

Great pack only thing I would like to see is a few more smaller zipper pockets in the inside for organizing and I wish the outside pockets help water bottles a little easier.
